Terms of Service

Listora is an Etsy listing optimization tool. You connect your Etsy shop via OAuth, Listora audits your listings, generates AI rewrite suggestions for titles, tags, and descriptions, and — once you explicitly approve each rewrite — writes the changes back to Etsy on your behalf. Listora is a listing optimization aid; it does not guarantee improved search ranking or sales.

• You agree to comply with Etsy's API Terms of Use and general Terms of Use.
• Listora requests listings_r, listings_w, and shops_r scopes during OAuth.
• You may revoke Listora's access at any time from your Etsy account settings.
• You are responsible for the content of listings on your shop, including any AI-generated text you choose to apply.

You may use Listora only for Etsy shops you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to:

• ✕Connect Etsy shops you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• ✕Scrape, mirror, or systematically query competitor shops
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer the service or bypass rate limits
• ✕Use Listora to violate Etsy's policies or applicable law
• ✕Share your account credentials with others

• Free plan: audits up to 50 listings with no apply or AI rewrite. No card required.
• Paid plans: priced in USD and exclude applicable taxes. See the pricing page for current rates.
• Billing provider: Polar (Merchant of Record). Polar handles tax, invoicing, refunds, and dunning.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from the Polar billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: refund requests are handled by Polar per their merchant policies. Contact support@getlistora.app for help.

Your use of Listora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. Etsy OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. You retain ownership of your listing content.

Listora, its logo, and underlying software are the intellectual property of the Listora operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your listing content remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, listings, or rankings — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Listora's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, Etsy tokens are revoked and listing data is deleted after a 30-day grace period.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
